Laura Mercier Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick Launch

On November 30, Laura Mercier celebrated the launch of its new Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick with 350 guests at Goya Studios. The innovative event featured a creative neon lighting display, branded photo booth and DJ. Goya provided catering and AV. During the event, guests could chat with the developers of the lipstick and try out different shades of the product while cocktails and snacks were served.

Laura Mercier’s Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick is available in 24 different shades with creative names such as “Boss,” “Fresh,” “Fatale,” and “Queen.” The lipstick has quickly become one of the most popular beauty products of 2018, appearing on Refinery29’s “Our Favorite Beauty Launches of 2018” and POPSUGAR’s “14 New Products launching in January that are all Editor Approved.”

Refinery29’s Kelsey Castañon declares the product “ridiculously easy to apply” while POPSUGAR’s Alaina Demopoulos says, “No matter which of the 24 shades you choose, you’ll be graced with a superpigmented coverage that is well worth the price.”
